I'm gonna find it hard to wait until the end of next week to get my hands on even an illegal download of the track (sorry, but I'm not really a singles guy, I am really a single guy though lol) and I might be at my mom's house again next week and she doesn't have the internet.
I hope the local rock stations (owned by Clear Channel, named Project 9-6-1 WKLS-FM Atlanta and a Cumulus Station, Rock 100.5 WNNX-FM Atlanta) will be putting it into heavy rotation.
EDIT: I have noticed this, those two rock stations mentioned above (the only rock stations I care for in Atlanta GA) have been playing AC/DC a bit more lately. Maybe they knew about the single to be released, and are just playing a bit more AC/DC to get the fans ready. |

AC/DC are now an institution in Rock. Once shunned, now embraced my by mainstream media. This album will get massive airplay. With Walmart monopolizing US sales, surely their influence will ring shock waves through the radio & entertainment world. |

I don't think "big" is the word for it.
I think "scrumptrulescent" is however (I know, bad reference to Will Ferrel). |

Hopefully.... there is just way too many rock stations not willing to play classic artists new material. Alice Coopers "Eyes of Alice" and "Dirty Diamonds" has some tracks on that that would be radio hits if they'd just play the damn thing instead of only playing newer artists crap.
I don't even think Triple-M would play there new stuff unless it becomes a mega smash hit somewhere around the world first. |
Too True. I wouldn't bother with half the shit on local radio. However, there are some damn fine Hard Rock online radio stations. Courtesy of my Sonos system, this is how radio is supposed to be. |
