Easter egg on BTTF DVD set?

I heard that a hidden deleted scene existed on the Back To The Future DVD Set from number 1 that was a "50s cigarette ad" that had a doctor advertising them, it's in the book version, but deleted cause it was declared a "show stopper"

Theres no hidden egg on it. Some DVD players like mine you can actualy just program in the chapter number and be taken to it. Plus when you burn them you see all the chapters on it anyway. Theres no hidden egg on that one.

ok, but it ain't listed on the copy i have, which is the NTSC Fullscreen 3 DVD set. do you know how to get to it then.

huh? i said theres NO eggs on BTTF. Any of them.
I have the 3 disc original plus the 4 disc special edition. neither have anything hidden on them.
