I just found a copy of "5 o'clock somewhere" and I still havent decided my reveiw of the album, but I can say I like it a lot better already then Velvet Revolver.
I was under the impression it was a more recent album. But it was released in 1995. Snake Pit only did the one album, didnt they? I thought being a band that supported AC/DC on the 2000-01 tour that they where a more recent band then I thought. But they mustve formed right after Guns N Roses self destructed.
I never ever heard anything about Snake Pit when I was in High-School, I never saw Slash again untill he was on the Drew Carey show one year.
I think I like the album so far, if I didnt know better, i'd say it was the next Gunners album... sounds a bit liek Axcel sometimes, not as high, just the lower tonne stuff. _________________
I can't remember if they were the ones that warmed up(so to speak) the audience in Portland before the Boys...BUT if they were they sucked. I remembber some one saying that they were Slashs' baby, but I don't remember Slash being there. The vocals were awful, though. _________________ 'Cause the walls start shaking
