so we saw AC/DC after 8 years bring out Black Ice which was not worth the wait, IMO.
Alice Cooper brought out Along Came a Spider which I have not wanted to play in months.
The 15 year wait turned out to be a disappointment for Guns N Roses Chinese Democracy.
Rodney Rude released a half assed DVD with half assed versions of classic jokes.
Kiss expectantly released there 9 millionth greatest hits album of the same old shit recycled with one live track replacing the original recording.
The Baby Animals reform to destroy themselves from going from the female version of AC/DC to crappy flamenco and acoustic murders of there greatest hits.
Tesla bored the shit out of me with what they came out with.
Jesse James Dupree (Jackyl) came out with a half hard rock, half country album that left me thinking, WHAT THE FUCK??????
Bullet Boys release a PISS WEAK shitty live album that I have heard better boots from.

What about Motley Crue's "Saints of Los Angles"

And Metallica's new one "Death Magnetic". Way better than thier last two albums. I loved every song on it.

I heard the Guitar Hero versions of Death Magnetic songs are much better than the album versions (mastering has much more dynamics and some of the solos are longer).

Haven't listened to it though...might have to pick it up if it gets any more good reviews though...be my first Metallica album.

I lost respect for Metallica years ago.... I refused to even listen to St.Anger when they released that.

Never knew Crue had a new album, I don't keep up with them, not really a fan of theirs....
but i'll check it out if you can tell me if there iis anything on it as good as "Black Beauty" or "If I Die Tomorrow?"

Never really been a Motley Crue fan, so I wouldn't know much of their material.

I find it hard to listen to much hair metal.

PS: If I was to buy my first Metallica album, which should it be? Death Magnetic, "The Black Album", or "...And Justice For All", I'm leading toward Justice but I'm wondering which one I should get.
