well first i'd just like to say thanx for tabbing out that Superstitious Tab!!! it helped alot

.. but i was wonderin if u could tab out the version of Gone Shootin from the VH1 sessions

here's a link to the video

VH1 Studios 3. Gone Shootin

i'd really appreciate it if u could tab out the first 1:12 secs of it...

at first i thought the rest was the same as on the album but i think they play it different.. the main riff sounds lil more dark and heavier than the album version.. and the solo's a bit different too

once again.. thanks :D

the intro and song is played the same as the recorded version, just at a different tempo

the only difference is malcolm holds the F# chord, instead of the F# notes he plays on the album.

If it doesnt sound as thick a sound as the recording, it's probably because you are using a lighter gauge of strings then what Angus and Malcolm use. There G string is a wound threaded string and gives a much fatter sound.

If you wanna make it sound bulkier and dont have the threaded G string, just play the riff this way

|--------------------------------------------------
|--------------------------------------------------
|--11----9-----9-----8----6--------------------
|--11---11----9-----9----7------7-8-7--------
|--------------------------------------------9----
|--------------------------------------------9----

euhhh, shit, no wait... the link you provided has an intro you want tabbed... sorry, id never heard that part before... ok, its tabbed now in the LIVE RECORDINGS section.
